This team is designed to push boundaries, test boldly, and execute at speed, working in close partnership with Represent HQ in the UK, while maintaining strong local ownership and accountability.
We’re seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join our US team, based in Los Angeles, CA, to help shape and scale Represent’s next phase of brand growth in the American market.
Role Overview
The US Brand Marketing Manager hands-on leader responsible for building and amplifying the Represent brand across the United States. Reporting directly to the Brand President, North America (or another individual designated by the company’s CEO), this role owns the end-to-end brand marketing strategy and plan for the region — spanning brand building, activations, partnerships, sports marketing, and trade marketing with key retailers.
This is a brand-first position, focused on deepening cultural relevance, creating standout moments, and driving brand desirability that translates into long-term commercial strength. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for an operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
We’re looking for a marketer with deep instincts for culture, sport, and community — someone who can build the brand on the ground through activations, athlete and partner relationships, and best-in-class retail presence.
Legacy playbooks won’t work here. Curiosity, taste, speed, and hustle are critical to success.
What you’ll be doing:
In your capacity as US Brand Marketing Manager, you will perform duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with this position, including:
· Lead US brand marketing strategy with a clear focus on brand building, cultural relevance, and long-term desirability.
· Work with global marketing team to define and then execute in US market high-impact brand activations, events, and experiential moments across key US markets
· Build and manage partnerships with athletes, sports properties, gyms, and aligned brands
· Lead sports marketing efforts, with a particular focus on fitness, running, training, and Hyrox communities
· Own trade marketing with key wholesale and retail partners — driving best-in-class presence, in-store activations, and sell-through
· Develop trade marketing programs that build brand awareness at the point of sale and drive foot traffic into both wholesale doors and Represent’s owned retail store
· Partner with wholesale accounts on co-branded campaigns, windows, and in-store moments that convert awareness into customer visits and purchases
· Design retail activations and local marketing that drive customers into Represent’s own stores and deepen connection with the local community
· Execute product launches, drops, and campaigns with speed and precision
What you’ll need:
· Proven experience leading brand marketing — brand building, activations, partnerships, and sports marketing
· Track record managing trade marketing with key wholesale and retail partners (in-store activations, brand presence, sell-through)
· Experience using trade marketing to build awareness and drive customer traffic into both wholesale accounts and owned retail stores
· Background in fitness apparel, performance apparel, or premium activewear strongly preferred and a significant plus
· Familiarity with Hyrox and the broader functional fitness community is a significant plus
· Established relationships with athletes, sports properties, or cultural partners highly desirable
· Deep instincts for culture, sport, and community — with taste and a strong creative eye
