As a Designer on the 247 team, you’ll play a central role in shaping the future of performance wear. You will obsess over patterns, materials, and construction details to deliver world-class garments that push the boundaries of what’s possible. This role demands both creative vision and technical precision: a designer driven by detail, function, and form in equal measure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Researching and designing x-gender performance-driven apparel across categories (outerwear, midlayers, baselayers, accessories).
• Developing innovative constructions with a relentless focus on detail and precision.
• Collaborating closely with product development, garment tech and athlete partners to test and refine prototypes.
• Translating brand vision into progressive product stories that resonate globally.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, technologies, and cultural shifts to ensure 247 leads in performance and design.
• Delivering detailed tech packs, sketches, and CADs ready for sampling and production.
• Participating in fittings, fabric testing, and wear trials to validate function and durability.
• Pushing the brand identity forward by balancing sport innovation with a contemporary aesthetic.

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in apparel design, ideally in performance wear, sportswear, or technical fashion with a flair for style and contemporary design.
• Solid knowledge of garment construction, and material performance.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills.
• Deep understanding of athlete needs, movement, and the demands of sport environments.
• Obsessive attention to detail and uncompromising standards for quality.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
