We're looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to join our Marketing team!

With exciting global launches, events and activations each week across Marketing, Wholesale and Retail, a Paid Search Manager is an invaluable member of the family here at REPRESENT.

You will be responsible for managing budgets both locally and globally, giving insight on campaign performance and implementing change within the business strategy based on findings.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing large budgets across Google & Bing.

• Managing global budgets particularly within a US market.

• Communicating and strategizing with multiple brands.

• Analysing GA/audience data and integrating the findings within the business strategy as required.

• Work closely alongside the wider team including CRM, Content and SEO to align on marketing strategies.

• Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and presenting reports focussed on growth opportunities and key KPIs such as ROAs and CPA.
  
  
• Plan and allocate budget efficiently across channels/campaigns/audiences/products ensuring optimal use of recourses to achieve campaign objectives.
  
  
• Implement advanced segmentation strategies using first party data, behavioural insights and demographic profiling to ensure relevance and engagement.
  
  

What you’ll need:

• 3+ years in a similar role.
  
  
• Experience with managing large monthly budgets.
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  
  
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis including presenting findings to a wider team.
• Attention to detail.
